Not trying to be too much of a critic well for me the obvious reason why it’s fake aside from the heavily used green screening was that the herd was calm the entire time and we’re not stampeding in a panic. Other than that, great acting from Moritz in this one lol.

Reminds me of the migrating herds from the 1800s. It’s sad that Herds of over 1,000 or 2,000 are still a rare sight. One day in the future, I hope there is a ranch-managed herd that is as big as the Yellowstone herd is today if not bigger.

Was that real, we own a Buffalo farm, I will never trust our herd, i won't even walk the pasture their in, we let them roam free and they are still wild, amazing animals but when they get mad they do serious damage, one of our feed trucks side is smashed in from a Buffalo charging it bent the bed and rear cab corner in real good

There’s a small herd of Buffalo at the corner of I 90 and 229 in Sioux Falls. Not sure who owns them.
How many buffalo would they have out there if they stopped controlling the population growth? Say for just 20 years?
