Dear Kim: I came across a CZcams video of a little girl name Ly Thi Duyen. I think this is the name of your orphan girl. I don’t like knowing that her father went away to work. Perhaps in the army. Her step mother not only tried to sell her to human traffickers. Sold her fathers house and she had no where to go. Since then human traffickers have been after her. If this is true. I understand now why she feared, you would be hurt by association. Her story is very complicated. I am surprised her step mother got away with selling her fathers property and belongings if it was not in her name? Or was it? Her step mother even stole the little money her father gifted her. That little girl put up with a lot of abuse. I think her step mother has played the villain and thief in other videos in CZcams. Kim. I am glad you are finishing up her house. But I still feel she is not safe. She built this house without owning the property. Her step mother tried to traffic her before, and will likely do it again. Greed cannot be reasoned with. She should of been arrested long ago. I don’t think finding her father will be easy. I do wonder if something happened to him that led to the sale of the house. The thing is, you might want to request custody of the child. Since her step mother might be in the area and consider you a threat. This story made me pause. Could the trafficking and sexual assault be the reason there are orphan children thrown in streets. Or found in bags. It is cruel and inhumane the way these children are found. Those lucky to be found and adopted. I hope not. If so, Then every society and every country of the world is plagued with this. Especially in third world countries who seem to be suppliers. This must be a world wide business. It exists in the USA. I fear it’s how many immigrants get tricked to come. Except , not many survive and disappear. Even after reaching their destination. Of thousands of children that crossed the USA border this past year (even before). The government cannot find them. Even in their system. This is no exaggeration. It’s researchable on line. Children in foster care or CPS care, are lost in the system. Many later discovered to be trafficked. It’s horrible. Many traffic houses have been discovered in the nicest of neighborhoods. Tragic. Those women and children, get saved only to find themselves trafficked again. Do not know how to process that. If this is the little girl? Kim. Please stay safe. She cannot stay alone.
