Just for someone who is going through mental suffering at the moment. So am I but Jesus bought this verse into my head - “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.” Matthew‬ ‭11‬:‭28‬-‭29‬ ‭NIV‬‬. Take His yoke upon yourself. Ask Him to show you what that means. Pray for the Holy Spirit to help you. And DENY YOURSELF. If you do not deny your self, deny your own mind, deny your thoughts , deny your feelings you will kill yourself. You have to be so careful with what you accept in your mind. The mind is such a complex place and it’s SO easy for you to get into a rabbit hole of depression, anxiety, fear and doubt etc. Deny yourself and pick up the cross. For He has said it plainly, “For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” Matthew‬ ‭11‬:‭30‬ ‭NIV‬‬. So ask yourself if your yoke is hard and your burden is heavy, then Jesus isn’t with you. Let Him in so He can bear it with you. Let Him show you what it means when He says His yoke is easy and His burden is light. Because it is true. His yoke is easy and His burden is light.

Amen, ive been praying for God to give me the strength to control my mind and truly rest in his peace knowing that everything will be okay, for the enemy has been attacking me trying to fill my mind with evil negative thoughts, especially rn during this hard time that me and my family are going through. But God is always with me and he knows my true intentions, i love you father God ❤

That first sentence honestly made me cry. I will be delivered from anxiety/fear , I will not allow the enemy to place doubt in my mind !!

I have overcome my sinful life. I am new and the Devil has no power over my spirit. It's so hard Lord, to give my heart to you when I am always so wrong. I will fight and keep my mind on heaven not earth. This isn't my home; I want to go home so desperately. I'm so sick, please heal me father. Take control of my thoughts even if every day I will have to remind myself to surrender. I love you with my soul father. I love you with my heart. I love your word. I love your hands. I love your comfort. I know you are not angry with me. Flood me with your spirit. More than I can take. Flood me with you. Flood me with your never ending, everlasting, merciful love. See my tears O Lord, restore my faith. Help those who suffer and call to your name. Save me from myself and save those who do not know how powerful your name is. Look at my tears, and when I say nothing in prayer with my words, I pray that you look at my tears and take them as my prayer. I can't wait to hug you Father and hear you tell me I've done well in this life. I will not die to what feels like an anxiety that exhausts my physical being. I will not die an unsaved sinner in a tomb of darkness. Change my heart, calm my mind and fill me with your presence. In the mighty name of Jesus I pray, AMEN.

I feel fear how I should talk to people... feel anxious when I answer text so it takes over 10 min to send one text.

This is me EVERYDAY, worrying, thinking about bills, food, how will I make it work. Do I need to go back to working 40 hours, despite my newly discovered back problem. Stressing about trying to figure out alternative ways to make money. I tell myself if I go back to 40 hours then I didn’t really have faith in the Lord that he will work it out for me. That’s what keeps me believing, that thought sustains me.

"We rent out too many rooms in our bodies to sin" is a powerful statement and very accurate for those who it applies to. I am often reminded that who you surrender your body to is your Savior. So if you give over your body to sin, you have excluded God from a position of control in your life. This is am guilty of, sometimes i feel like i will never overcome. So, i fight to prove the enemy and my rhoughts wrong because all things are possible in Christ Jesus.

I am also reminded to - Set my affections on things above and not on the things of this world. It can be worrying at times for me because during the day my mind wonders, but i shall male a greater effort to control my thoughts with the help and direction of the Holy Spirit and the Word. I always feel so sad. Disappointed in myself at the end of the day no matter how good the day was. I get sad over the things that are meant to be happy. I feel like I failed my Lord every day. I don't feel the same way about reading the word anymore. I just feel. Disappointed in myself.

Amen brother! I feel ashamed, i willingfully sinned by lusting, God did his part but i didn't do mine, i feel horrible and i have prayed for forgiveness, i trust God and i know he will forgive me, i just don't know if i have the strength to forgive myself.

I just dropped a video on this. God is Great. I was waiting for nothing to start my CZcams journey and in my head I said the lord is preparing me for the journey ahead. I have faith but I was not putting in the works. Thinking I have to be strong or perfect but all I needed was just total surrender for God to work in me and through me.
