Horseradish (Harvest and Prepare)
In this video, T. O. will show you how to harvest and prepare horseradish. Our horseradish roots have been growing in buckets for two years. We grew them in buckets so that they would not take over our yard. This is the first time we have harvested and prepared it, and we wanted to share our experience with you. You will see that it is quick and easy to prepare. Once the horseradish is prepared, it can stay about 4 to 6 weeks in your refrigerator. If you do not have a garden, you might be able to buy the roots in your local supermarket. In the video, we have given measurement suggestions; however, feel free to adjust them to meet your desired taste.

that was a good vid would have been better with the time it took to cook and temp used.
I don't soak mine when I smoke it. I take silt off leave husk, wrap it with 1 or 2 pieces of bacon, return husk and tie. Smoke 1 hour, don't need butter, salt or pepper to taste.
That’s the way I do corn in a 27 year old smoker

Nice, but why not put it back on the grill after husking for a minute or so to burn off the remaining hairs?
Remember to hook up emergency brake cable for trailer and light plug as well, but great description on using the leveler stabilizers.
That's what you called pulled pork, folks!
This only showed how to hook up. Did not show any initial setup. Setting ball inclination, front bumper deflection, etc or just get a Reese hitch. Much better to use .
