Do you grease the gear box? We changed our hex coupler and the machine is leaking grease and my store smells like burnt grease How can I fix it?
Myriad, Since you just replaced the gear box my I’m wondering if you got the gear box aligned. Make sure the drive shaft slides in and out freely in ever position. Check the drive shaft, turn it, check it again etc a few times. Text 775-269-4801 for quicker help.

Very good video. I have not used my Blue Ice T29 machine for a year now. I tried to turn it on yesterday, its motor is turning but the top pully is not turning. Its been siezed? Belt is bit tight and the top wheel does not move, I tried to push with hand as well but it's been stuck, please can you suggest any solution?? Do not think its cylinder is frozen as machine was off for a year. I washed it and try to turn it on first time. All I hear is a screeching sound of belt, as motor is turning but the top pully where the beater Shaft is, do not turns??

TAYLOR HAVE ABANDONED MAKING THE BARRELL, FOR MOST MACHINES, A TOTAL LET DOWN. TYPICAL THEY PREFER YOU BUY A NEW ONE. LOL.
You’ve circled the hopper probe on the right side. Is there a second one somewhere on the left? If so it’s not nearly as visible. You can’t miss the left and right beater probes.

Narrator, my air cooling system is not working when auto is on. Motor will turn but shots down after 3 or 5 mins or so. Wash works though
I’ve got an opportunity to buy two 3 phase machines. Can I convert them to single phase by changing out the motors or am I better off purchasing a converter?
Hey. Why is the temperature different if it is connected to the board?
Because the electronics it's connected to will affect the resistance readings. You need to unplug the probe wires to read only the probe.

The hope is that the coupler breaks instead of more expensive parts like the beater assembly or freezer door. One of the most common reasons for this hex coupler to break is a failed barrel temperature sensor (thermistor probe).
What do you do if you have trouble removing or inserting the drive shaft after replacing coupler?
How much is the motor and where can I order one? I have a 750 model that the motor was spinning and all of a sudden it stop.

6:00 - Please do not do this. Slip it all the way over the top first. Then the bottom. Then pull belt over top pulley. Very painful to watch.
