My new explore air 2 I got for mothers day, wouldnt connect. After trying everything under the sun, husband exchanged it for another new one TODAY. Still not connecting. I have had an explore air 2 for about 8ish years and it connects and works just fine. Could it be my computer or my luck? I do have an account and subscription. Have chatted, emailed, talked, uninstalled, reinstalled design space, restarted my computer several times. Help please!

I use my own name because the jackets get handed down to my younger kids 😂
