God bless you, I recently have been interviewed because I wanted to go into masonry, but the more I research about it, the more I see how restrictive they are, and not as free as they say, I don't see anything but structure, so rigid for a path that demands to be open, I believe that Freemasonry is a scam for people who are just beginning to seek and engaged in such terrible promises, i am really disappointed, I think knowledge should be open and not so structured, they only search on the surface but the truth relies within and that requires a soft and open hearth, also they appropriate knowledge as if it where from themself restrictin others and calling them profane, such a disgusting thing to do to humanity, they really do not aling with truth freedom, they are more an ego cult ho think they are superior because they read some knowledge without internalizing anything, i believe not everyone are like that, but is far from what they say they are.

Interesting! The man who sexually abused me and my sister as a young child was a freemason and part of the shriners. He was rich and my mother,who was poor, rented a house from him and his German wife. My mom would have his wife baby sit me and my sister and she would leave us alone with him and that was when he would sexually abuse both of us . I don't know if his wife knew it or not. She didn't believe it when she was told he was. My mother found out because us young kids started saying and doing sexual things we had no way of knowing. He ended up dying of colon cancer. His son was also a master mason when he died few years back, i recently run across his obituary that stated he was a master mason and it made me curious and start looking into all of this. Also, the land he owned was infested with shadow figures and i wouldn't doubt if he did rituals that brought them there. I know multiple people in my town that lived in the trailer park they owned and they have all said they seen them, without me ever asking them about it or bringing up the subject to them. My mother always told me about seeing them there too

The problem with this expose is that the more "elite" group he lists, the less impact these people have. How would a member of one of these fringe groups have an influence on the local lodge in your town? How would a Shriner have such influence? The true expose was in the beginning: Freemasonry is totally decentralized, so noone is really "ruling" beyond the local level besides some grandmaster doing nothing besides management overhead. Its hard to rule the world with a congregational system, and it's hard for Scottish rite (Albert Pike bla bla) when the vast majority is not in there and has never read Morals and Dogma. It's a non-existent conspiracy theory.

Well obviously the oath isn't literal (or at least it is no longer literal). How many times do people say "I swear on my life?" This is just a more round about way of saying exactly that. How many hearts are sitting at the top of temples? Not too many I don't imagine.

No blasphemy involved brother. When we pray on lodge, we each pray to our own God depending on religion. Also there is no worshipping in lodge. Just passing before and after. You are putting to much emphasis on religion, when masonry is not a religion, but a fraternity where men of different faiths can come together in unity. I wish you well brother.
