The Raceless Gospel": A Call to New Baptism with Rev Starlette Thomas | Radical Love Live S3E26
This week we have a prophet in the house! Mark and Kelly have an eye opening conversation with Rev Starlette Thomas--author, artist, race abolitionist--that we hope will stir you to action as much as it did for us. The topic of conversation is "The Raceless Gospel," the concept that the church in North America is built on a caste system called race, and needs a new baptism to wash away the sin of segregation. Not colorblindness, not post-racialistm, but dying to ourselves and our relationship to race. Star Thomas challenges us look at ourselves honestly, release the sins of the past, and dive into our Christian values to continue to strive for justice and equality in this world--otherwise, she asks, what are we here for?
Starlette Thomas is an author, activist, visual artist and race abolitionist. She is an associate editor and the director of The Raceless Gospel Initiative at Good Faith Media, which was inspired by her work and witness and is dedicated to leading didactic dialogues on race and its progeny. The Raceless Gospel aims to empower Christians to speak about the sociopolitical construct of race and the myriad injustices that intersect in their churches, communities and country. She is also the author of "Take Me to the Water: The Raceless Gospel as Baptismal Pedagogy for a Desegregated Church," and is host of The Raceless Gospel Podcast

    Wasn't Paul secretly working for the Flavian Dynasty? Weren't all of the original Roman Catholic Saints' members of the Flavian Dynasty? Weren't all of the original symbols used by the earliest Christians identical to those of the Flavian Dynasty? And wasn't the earliest iconographic image of Jesus The Christ, in a catacomb, under the city of Rome, which was owned by a Flavian Princess? Weren't all of the original Jesus cult texts produced under the oversight of the Flavian Dynasty? Didn't the Flavian Dynasty posses the only remaining copy of the Hebrew Tanakh other than the Greek Septuagint translation? Isn't there Flavian typology in the Gospels? Weren't the canonical texts all back dated like the historical fiction of Gone With The Wind? Wasn't Emperor Vespasian known as the Jewish Messiah? Weren't the Flavian's descended from King Herod? There was no separation of Church and State in the Roman Empire. And Christianity is clearly a Greco-Roman hybrid form of Judaism created by the Flavian Dynasty. As an attempt to adapt, pacify, and integrate the rebellious and defiant Jews into the rest of the Greco-Roman Empire. Then finally Neo-Flavian Constantine chose the Flavian family religion to be the official religion of the entire Roman Empire. In order to consolidate power in his fractured Empire. And then Eusebius edited and rewrote the history of the previous 3OO years. It isn't history it is all simply Greco-Roman mythopoetic literature. Today it is known as Historical Fiction.💙

    You all wish to know the truth. Yet none of you want to take the time to become human beings. Until you do that you're nothing but animals as far as we are concerned and actually the animal kingdom is better than you. That in itself should tell you something

  • @Pleasegoaway2024
    @Pleasegoaway2024 Před 13 dny

    Actually there are only two interpretations of the Bible you can either be the evil or the good you can either take care of one another or you don't you can either protect the garden or destroy it that is the only way that that book even exists and why you all are so confused over it you were told not to believe in religion and when you started to believe in it that's when you all became confused and upset and disoriented and caused chaos and wars and it's been going on long before that book was ever even invented by man to enslave man. There are children in this garden that are what you call evil they're just bad children they're out of control there are good children in the garden and that's who is supposed to take care of the bad children and teach them something but you don't take care of one another and you certainly don't take care of the garden that takes care of you know instead you want to murder each other and you want to poison your water poison your air and poison your food supply yeah well good luck with that children

  • @Pleasegoaway2024

    Children Christian nationalism is exactly the mirror image of not doing what Jesus said to do. They are literally the evil that they are most afraid of that's all you have to know why are you babbling on about it. Anyone that believes in Christianity is literally the evil that they are most afraid of that's all you have to know other than the fact that you're supposed to take care of one another so that together you can take care of the garden that takes care of you and apparently no child on this world has ever gotten that message off the refrigerator

  • @Pleasegoaway2024
    @Pleasegoaway2024 Před 14 dny

    The only message from Genesis my young friends is that the so-called evil that you're all afraid of is what gave you knowledge and wisdom. And that God wanted to be your slave master that's why we sent Jesus to tell you to throw away that ridiculous belief in Christianity and religion Any religion it has no reality in the garden on this world and the only reason that we allowed the Bible to exist in the first place was to give you the opportunity of choice you could choose your dumbass religions or you could choose what Jesus told you to choose which was take care of one another so that together you could take care of the garden that takes care of all of you. You know what you guys did you people did your group did you murdered the man so we brought him home see it's funny you people actually think that when you die you die that's not actually necessarily true it depends on whether or not we want to bring you home because you went here and you told people something we wanted them to hear if you're just going to hate each other and murder each other 98% of you will not be saved by us. Stop believing in your false prophets and your false gods. They have never existed they never will you were brought here you were not created here you were actually brought here by the ancients the people that we actually allow to run our world and by the way the day that you can figure out how to come 7 to 10 mi under the ocean. I promise I will show you all the truth you want to know but you'll never know that because all you children do is argue with each other and want to murder each other. You create wars for no reason whatsoever you believe in money you don't just believe in it you worship it you actually put in God we trust on your dollar bill you were told not to do that and the person that told you not to do that you murdered for telling you that

    Truth. The Left has pushed so hard and far that there can ONLY be one reaction. Let's be truthful. The Pendulum Theory is true. The Left has in my opinion been running rough shod over Conservatives for years. Yuri Andropov warned us years ago about Communist infiltration. Him being a Soviet defector. His warnings have come true. So who in fact? Is more radical? It's all a matter of perception. Each and every voter is entitled to their own opinions and beliefs. It is that balance that has held this country together. Look Yuri Andropov up. Be honest. Don't be cowards. You put up the look of wanting an honest conversation. I challenge you now.

    If God’s laws are based off of what would make us happy, fulfilled, and healthy (or help the cosmos function..?), then all we need to consider (morally) is whether something fulfills those conditions. There’s really no need to consult God’s opinion at all. Hence, Marks hasn’t answered one of the most basic challenges to divine command theory. In other words, he only focuses on the arbitrariness worry, but not the other horn of the Euthyphro Dilemma… Am I missing something?🤷

    Jay is a M.a.r.x.i.s.t.C.o.m.m.i.e (self-proclaimed) and a “snowflake.” He is also a hypocrite! He makes out like he is against “cancel culture” and against canceling people (time stamp - begins at 45:30 minute mark), but he canceled me from his channel (does not like dissent or disagreement or to be challanged!); so much for unity in diversity of thought, belief, opinion, and speech! It’s all hocus-pocus! Moreover, if you listen to him, all he does is complain complain complain! And he wants you (the workers “C.a.p.i.t.a.l.i.s.t”) to labor in order to send him money, buy him books and more; all so he can impart his particular views or nations to you that you “supposedly” can’t figure out for yourself. And does he want a real job (???). It looks to me that he would rather you keep him up!
