I said this on another video about this movie, but I seriously think that without the whole "confiding with Herself in the mirror" element, this would be the quintessential sociopath story. Because The Maria/Airam Character has all the elements to make a Ted Bundy Esque Story. Going something like: "The Beautiful Shy High Schooler, Maria Brennan, had a dysfunctional family life and was the target of constant bullying, when one morning after being humiliated at prom, meets Her Mother downstairs with a sudden confident and upbeat attitude. Thinking nothing of it, She was just happy Maria was eating again, completely unaware of Her Motives to get revenge on everyone that's done Her Wrong. Four Days later decided to go ice skating with Her Best Friend Lilly, which took an ominous turn after Maria (for simplicity sake) attempted to do an ice skating move, which She messed up and fell into the ice. Leading to what authorities are calling a "fear induced chase", until Lilly tripped and slid into a concrete sitting area, hitting Her Head and killing Her." I'm telling You! She was shy, had a dysfunctional family, dealt with constant bullying, had a sudden change in personality and was beautiful and charming. What part of that doesn't sound like an everyday crime story? :D

At 59 seconds, you can see Slenderman appear on the toilet reflection. You can see that he has his suit on, of course. He's also walking towards you in the reflection and places a couple of fingers on the edge of whatever is in front of him as he leans into the right, and just stares at what's going on even smirking at that with his puppet like skin. Pay close attention, and you can see Slenderman in the toilet reflection.

There's some sadism in play here... Yikes. Aside from the movie and the whole concept of switching with the sinister version of Yourself in the mirror. This movie makes Me think --- I bet You there's people out there that fake their weaknesses, then months later suddenly switch to who they really are in order to use their skills against people, which they've had the whole time. I bet You it's happened before.

This was my favorite scene in the whole movie. It was intense af, I felt bad for the other girl but then she started laughing again and all my sympathy went out the window 😂

I watched this movie 3 years ago on tv and whenever i watch a movie i like i never forget it, now i'm binge watching look away clips on youtube haha. I'm kinda dissapointed that this clip didn't ended with her calling her fake friend's mom telling she's dead while sobbing and suddenly back to her horrifying stare

The fact that the blonde girl kept trying to top each routine just goes to show how much of a bitch she was to "maria". It was like she pulled out her secret weapon just to show that she had power over her, but realized quickly this shit aint about ice skating. "Maria" "falling" was to lure the blonde girl into a false sense of empowerment. I did not feel sorry for her one bit. I just wished some words could have been exchanged right before her death just to nail the point home
