Donnie I just found your video. I have crossed that bridge several thousand times. I grew up in Heltonville and we always went across the bridge after going to the dumpsters. My brother owns the land along the side of the creek you came in on. Several years ago (I think back in the 70's) the bridge was closed, but I think it was some of the locals that opened it back up. You're right about "Bonehead's Store", they have the best sandwiches around that are made fresh to order.

Can you pull up to either of the 2 bridges from “Pink Houses”? I’d like to take pics of my car in front or near the bridges. By the way “Frankenstein” sounds sweet!

You can still drive on the HWY 11 Bridge, and the Medora Bridge is closed, but you can pull rite up to it,,and walk on it.

Weird that I've never heard of it. Looks like a ghost town in the video. Wonder if the depot was moved or if there used to be a siding beside the depot? Usually they sit closer to the tracks for faster loading/unloading.
I never new it was different from Brownstown,,, it's literally across the street ,and it goes by Ewing, I stumbled across it by accident one day just cruising around, you know us ,,,, always rollin !!! Thanks for watching!!

And who was the black guy on the front porch in Pink House's videos. And what location was that old shack of a house? Again, thanks for your video!! I've seen JMC a lot over the years, and just recently saw him 2 weeks ago in Ft Wayne.
John cousin ,Tracy Cowles , is Bobby in the movie , and one of the bikers is a cousin. The older black gentleman was a friend of someone on the team , and was living in a nursing home at the time. The house is 530 York rd. ,,, a block from my house

Noticing the signs making the inside of your driver's side door, lol. When we first moved up here there was a sign in New Philadelphia (about 8 miles east of Salem) that looked just like the yellow one except it's message underneath was misspelled and I kid you not, it read--SLOW CHILDRIEN PLAYING...yes, childrien and my first thought was, "Well, apparently the children around here aren't the only "slow" ones", LOL!

Quite a few of those old arch bridges around me though several have been replaced over the last 20 years or so. Most of the ones here date to about 1915 or thereabouts. There's part of one near me that half of it was incorporated into the new bridge that sort of replaced it. It's on Heritage chapel Road just east of Salem, off Hwy 56...It's a new bridge except that the concrete guardrail or whatever you'd call the sides...the east side of the bridge still has the original concrete guardrail while the span itself and the west side guardrail are all new.

Looks good! I'd add a heater to extend how late or early in the year you could comfortably take a trip though, lol.
its got a heater ,,,cell phone charger ,,and cup holders ,,,even has a glove box light to see to plug in my cell phone charger and Draggy !!!! i put a heater in it years ago ,,,thats how we cruise untill it snows !!! thanks for watching !!
