I'm not into football nor i ever watch a real game (except some highlights) but i'm interested in football.. it's just lack of source,we don't have channel to watch football here in Philippines (except people with cable) but i play football director game..and i use 4-3-2-1 or Christmas tree formation to utilize and emphasize defense. And also it is best way to improve young center back or center mid. If you have center mid and full back with good dribbling and crossing i preferred attack on pos and high press out pos.when you don't have good full back and center back still didn't improve his potential i stay at caution on pos and low press out pos. If your center back fully develope, i use balance both on pos and out post..to maximize defense and offense.
