Theory: So the cross referenced government that was watching the average player and looking at how you handled your game money showed them that most people are capable of being a millionaire to trillionaires because the government representatives are not using reality but predictably. Meaning they chart things on possibly not facts. When most players were near or close to graduating college that's when the prices of homes went up. They assumed you would also spend just as much time investments not understanding that people have will and interest. Plus the game doesn't include alot of basic life spending which is another aspect that the government over looks. This also is another part as to why colleges went way over there worth and pushed most people to drop out. The weaker students are ones that were willing to stay and put themselves in $80,000+ in debt. This destructive mindset came from the abusive original media / Hollywood. Hollywood finds starting actors and puts them into a lot of debt after a mile stone or first successful movie. Than they can't get out of it so they are stuck making movies which is why we haven't had many new actors for over 15 years. Because most high paying jobs are only taking graduated over talent we are all suffering. Those that can handle the jobs are refused and those that qualify with paperwork not skill are welcomed.
