@@jodyann11 I typically use room temperature eggs. pop them into a bowl of warm water for 10 minutes to bring them to room temp quickly. enjoy!

Mrs Fields chocolate chip oatmeal cookies you don't use flour do you use oatmeal and grind it up they are the softest and moist cookies you ever ate but they make a ton of cookies

I appreciate the how-to on browned butter, along with the tip about the pan's color. I found a recipe that called for it, but not knowing how to do it, I kind of just followed along instructions I found online, but none of them seemed super clear so it's nice to know my butter looked like yours in the end (because it totally didn't from the other CZcams video for the recipe, so I figured I'd done something wrong or just had bad quality butter).
