Thank you Ava for a deep and solid theological description of waiting. I love when you said, “ Waiting is where our soul growth happens. The most important and foundational parts of our life happen in our waiting. It is not in the big, huge moments, but in the thousands of ordinary times that make up who we are. This is why our waiting is so important. I used to think it was something you just had to get through. When you think about it the right way, it is exciting, because it is in the waiting that you are becoming the kind of person that God wants you to be.” So insightful! So true!

It's so moving in the way that we didn't find our place in this world through our own ambition or decision or commitment. We find our place in this world through the need of others, through the duty Lord counts us on.

WOW! God uses ordinary people to bring others to the Kingdom and change the world! "When God tells me something from the Word, I don't forget it."
