The hardest one I don’t even want to post on here lol. That’s gonna be an exclusive puzzle. Easiest I would have to think about because what’s easy to me may not be easy to others lol

It was fun but it was getting frustrating lol. As I was editing I realized in the first 3 minutes of it I was 2 moves away from solving it. No I decided to go another 22 minutes instead. Just for S&G

It's very cheap price, even for a 3 d printed model I'm surprised it returns investment in material and machine time never mind time designing it. Such a shame it wasn't aimed at I higher price point with a limited run. Someone will be working their ass off forbyears to earn pennies.

I think my fiance spent $200 US on it. I don’t know what that equals to in £ but I know she got it from Etsy.

Oh I know exactly what noise you’re talking about. When I fast forward the footage and go back to real time it does that. Has to be something with the editing software. I’m going to look into it because I don’t like it either. I would love to see a machined version as well. Somebody would spend some money on that. I can’t find any other videos of this puzzle anywhere on CZcams so maybe somebody will see it that can make one. Thanks for liking the video 😀😀

@@DoubleRTV Great as something is definitely wrong there, it shouldn't do that in editing software especially a very large pop every-time. While sometimes you can get a very faint click or pop at an audio edit point and need to just add a small fade, this is way above that. I do hope you figure out how to prevent this issue and thanks for responding. I am going to show this to a buddy of mine maybe even a nice wood and acrylic version of this puzzle would also be quite nice I have ideas. I noticed there was a Patent on the orig back then so that would need to be looked into as well.

@@vidworxsfx thank you so much for the advice. Like I said it never makes that noise unless I speed up the footage and audio. I’ll look into and see if I can fix the issue. @@DoubleRTV Will do I am going to work on this as a side project right now I am working on designing some Lego puzzles that are more mech based then slider, but I actually just picked up one of these puzzles so I can maybe work on recreating a much nicer version based on the orig your post on this has sparked some ideas. I am not just about audio I do a lot of DIY and side projects LOL.

That’s what I was thinking while doing it. What if there was a diagonal move??

Trial and error is the approach I took. The puzzle is definitely a lot harder than it looks though for sure.

@RTV Yeah I'd draw each disk and label each hole with any values of holes that it'd line up with other disk. Sorry if that doesn't make sense. But once you do that, a little bit of trial and error would cross out a lot of the numbers for each hole. So Maybe you trial and error just one hole, you could cut out all those numbers on that hole then it'd be easier to see what the solution is. Also I've been a puzzle person for a long time. I have a feeling if you find 4 holes that only line up in one order, that's likely the solution and just find the other 3 that are already lined up. Easier said than done but I often find puzzles to be easier if I do them backwards.
