Because of that lack they move in a self serving manner not caring who is hurt in the process of getting what they want because in their heart of hearts they truly do not think there is value to anything out side of what they want

If you intend nothing but good will towards other creatures, that will come back to you positively, and your suffering will be eased. But where to go after discovering this morally destitute culture? I agree almost no woman is suitable for marriage, neither are most men. As you say, the culture is not built for that. So what can I do but strive to better myself, master myself, achieve more enlightenment. I dont have any answers. I am only a man.
