I wrote this script in 10-15 minutes. It scans a pixel in each tile one at a time and clicks it if it's black. Pretty basic, could be faster if it also checked for grey values. Maybe in the future.

Do these guys read japenese?
They use Japanese because it's faster. They memorized everything important to the run in the menus, so to some degree kind of. You'd have to ask each individual in the run how well they know Japanese.

The reason they used JP over English is because KH2FM didn't have an English release with good load times until 2017. 2FM's PS3 version had an English release but it had awful load times, so the Japanese PS2 version was preferred for speedruns until the PS4 release. As a matter of fact, English version is faster than JP for Data Org because DuckFlare is bugged and does way more damage due to its increased limit length in English release.

I set up a macro to press E like 20 times a second and my daughter still beat me by press E by hand
i did the same thing but with my gf and she still won, she pressed it like 5 times but i had it where it pressed e every 0ms like hello? LOL

My game is rigged the other way. Each press using Cody equates to him pulling the rope once. Every 4 presses with May equals 1 pull from May. I wonder if there are other factors prior to playing this mini game.

I think it’s by design, to make the “man” of the relationship lose in a competition. It’s a growing moment. Pretty brilliant actually, I searched for this after watching Lilly and Michael’s play through. Btw I said man in “” because there’s not always men in relationships but their typically is the masculine partner.
I played the game as Cody and I smashed my friend in this and most of the tasks.

I mean just lookin' at it you can tell that its rigged. May has the gear on her side (top left) and thats why she has a much easier time :D

It isn't may, its the host loses. My wife and I tested it and I was the host. I had to push it 3-5 times on both depending on how close I was to the pit. She had to push it two times at all times.
