I'm not. I've tried contacting them numerous time to change my address which was locked to a country I'm no longer living in. Got an automated response a week later to go to backerkit to change it which was the main problem to begin with. Contacted them back again because I need someone to change it on their end and to this day there's been no response from either Kickstarter side or Backerkit. This has been ongoing since they e-mailed the survey to update the address.
