Hi Sir, Waise Printer ko physically check kiye bina batana mushkil hai, lekin Agar Printer koi response nahi kar raha hai bas Printing likha aa raha hai to, Logic Board ki Problem ho sakti hai. us condition mein jab ek baar printer ko on karte hai to wah proper initialize hota hai lekin jab printing dete hai, to kuch respond nahi karta bas control Panel par "Printing" likha aata hai.

Hi Sir, Printer ko check karne ke baad hi proper bata sakte hai, May be Logic Board ya Power Supply mein problem ho sakti hai.

Hello sir, thanks for watching my video, good question sir, sometimes cleaning is useful but in my case, the PCR rod is damaged, there are lots of scratches on it, so I replaced it and I also suggest you to replace the PCR when you use HP laserjet printer, whereas if you use Samsung, Kyocera, Xerox, Pantum laser printer then cleaning is enough but not when the PCR is damaged.

Dos base application software mein hi Printer ke Font kam karenge, Windows Base application software jaise MS word - Excel etc. mein jo font select hai wo hi Printer mei Print honge....

Printer के कंट्रोल पैनल पर देखिए "कंडेंस बटन" on तो नही है, अगर on हो तो उसे off कर दीजिए।

Aapko paper dalna hai, chahe A4 ho ya Letter ho ya Continuous Stationery ho..

बिना देखें बताना तो मुश्किल है, एक बार cartridge replace करके देखिए, कई बार Dr. Blade kharab होने के कारण भी image साफ नहीं आती हैं ।

Uninstall the printer driver software from the PC, Restart the PC, Reinstall the printer driver software, Check it - If not, update the latest printer firmware from Canon site, keep in Mind, check the version of your printer and download and install firmware of the same version.
