Hello Fine urban, Are the exterior walls smoothly plastered and painted? We didn't get a close up of the exterior walls. I hate the rough looking texture paste being used allover East Africa. Kindly let us know about the exterior finishing on the plastering and painting. Did you use a couple of coats of white cement wall putty like they do in India to achieve a smooth clean look?

Fine urban real estate construction and interiors you guys I must say that I have been in love with the kind of craftsmanship that I see in your projects. Personally I am an environmentalist and each project that fine urban does never miss the green spaces in the compounds. Look at how the green initiative is beautiful in this project .I just love the environment so much. I have taken my time since this was posted and there's so many things that I could point out starting with the exterior of the whole Mega mansion. Scroll down to the first video then look at this one and marvel at how the exterior of the house has turned out to be🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉. This is so perfect and beautiful The end product of the perimeter wall is astonishing. I mean it's providing security to the mega mansion but in a beautiful way. Who makes a beautiful perimeter if not fine urban. The cap stones are not well placed and painted white we have the iron rail rods too then finally we have the gate that is now complete. You've asked us to guess which brand inspired the design so I'll go with Versace, that's because of the box like craftsmanship which look like this fake Versace tshirt that they sold me on the streets 😂😂but I love it and it's also a sliding gate and the small walk in gate is also attached to it. The pillars, the pillars, the pillars have a high end finishing. There's the beautiful molding details at the bases of each giant pillar. I mean look at that video from a few months ago and look at this pillars now and how fine urban real estate construction and interiors has played around with colours. Those are really six beautiful giants giving the mansion a rich vibe. Spiral staircase, spiral staircase coming up with the right kind of spiral staircase is not easy. I was really waiting to see how it would turn out and just by seeing how seamless you are going up with ease, shows how this spiral staircase is well done. The lift is great but I would prefer to go up and down using the staircase ❤❤❤❤ Balcony access is really smooooooooth. Little details but you notice if only you listen and keenly look. Those sliding Doors are perfectly fit. The balcony was open with the rail and glass but look at it now. You can have your views from your balcony not feeling like you gonna fall off because we have the glass protection now. Framing the skylight. That ceiling is beautiful and perfectly done. The kind of ligh that we get from the skylight is really good. Look at the inside edges of the skylight. They are lit and once this project is completely done. We'll see how fine these guys at fine urban interiors can be.. Allow me to please also mention the master bedroom ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤the walk in closet the washroom the tiling and compare that with five months ago on this channels 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗. That is a massive beautiful change. I love fine things and fine urban real estate construction and interiors are cooking so let them cooooooooooook ❤❤❤❤. I'm appreciating this wonderful Mega mansion and also reminding us to be there for us men even when we say we are okay most times we are not. Be there for one another talk to someone like I'm doing right now. We all need a shoulder to lean. My fellow men speak out be there for a brother.

This exquisite mansion is really one in a million 😍 Every detail from the material selection to the craftsmanship has been meticulously thought out and I can’t wait to see the final design. Some of the changes I was able to note: ~ The Fendi inspired gate has now been fixed at the entrance of the house. All the hard work that went into crafting the gate is fitting for this mansion..it gives a sense of luxury ~ The going green initiative has definitely leveled up . From the last video you still hadn’t planted the grass near the entrance opposite the gate,some part of the perimeter wall and also behind the gazebo. Right now there is so much greenery and it adds on to the element of nature. I love how the plants and flowers have grown in that little corner near the sculpture…they really do add a pop of color ~The addition of more steps from the front of the yard leading you to the gazebo were previously not there. ~in the front farcade..the pillars at the end have been painted with a beautiful gray color that blends so well with the shapes and textures..it’s giving simplicity and luxury. There are so many details here like the excellent molding work at the base and tops of the pilllars which looks so elegant and welcoming . The walls also have beautiful textures that blend so well with the warm tones ~the door leading to the house has such a beautiful vintage bronze color and exquisite handcrafted details. This is why I love Fine urban for using the best experts and materials to make sure everything comes out precise . I love how the design of this door continues to let in the natural light..it looks so beautiful especially when it hits those floor tiles ~The cabinetry and shelving for some of the rooms has been added…this includes the room on the ground floor,the space in between the living room and kitchen,the 2 rooms on the first floor and also the master bedroom and office. ~the skylight ceiling has now been framed and painted ~ the living room and game room now have a beautiful gypsum design on the ceiling.
