That's an M20. It might fit the M20 in my 23 Prime. It even sounds the same as mine with the silencer removed

Do you know which year range this works on? I'm on a '06 cbr1000rr and I fear all the easy fixes are for newer bikes only
I think this kit is for the new gens since the ECU has a program built in for the quick shifters. I know there are some kits out there for the older CBRs that cut spark to allow the shift but it may be a pain in the butt to install
@@lucasroate yeah i'm looking at a healtech quickshifter at the moment, might not be the best but it seems to work well enough for us on the older models

Nope it’s been perfect ever since the install!
@@lucasroate I just bought the 2024 cbr1000rr what’s your intake on getting parts to fit. I can’t seem to get anything from revzilla that is a “right fit”. most likely gonna get the same exhaust slip on i love the way it sounds on that bike, sum say it could potentially throw a check engine light? even with a servo buddy.

Yep you can still get the diffuser installed without dropping the exhaust. I still had the stock exhaust on when I installed it in this vid

I had the same exhaust and sold it, i loved the looks but it last one week on, waaaaaay too loud for me, my ears were ringing. I bought the yoshimura, well balanced exhaust.
dont forget to keep a rag on you and cover up the cluster those double bubbles have been known to melt gauges being out in the sun

Not essential! Bike should run perfect without it. It’ll just pop a Check Engine Light up on the dash

Depends on what brand/material of headers you go with. I’ve seen some start at around $730 while some can get up to $1,300
Are those aftermarket fairings?
Nope these are the OEM ones!
Just use shell v power nitro gas. It has tons of detergents in it to clean off the backs of the valves.
Doesn't it have port and direct injection?
Yes they do, but it still doesn't clean it out properly. Several people have removed the intake and showed lots of gumming below 60k miles. Including those with catch cans and EGR deletes.
@@johnelway4826 yeah the pcv valve is under the intake between cylinder 3 and 4 ports. no way to install a catch can
