    sir my question is in read operation both bitline and bitline bar can be 1 but in write operation it can be complementary to each other?

      well I'm just guessing but, it is because in read operation bit lines are to be read(i.e. as output) so we just precharged them to vdd/2) but in write operation we are taking inputs from bit lines that's why they are complemented to make ckt faster as mentioned.
