Пока могли воровать и копировать PDP-8 ламповые компьютеры, а потом послойно срезать и копировать первые кремниевые процессоры - СССР могли делать свои поделки-копии. Но как только за океаном сделали очередной технологический скачок в плотности транзисторов, СССР уже не смог это повторить, так как тупо не было в СССР таких нанотехнологий. С истребителями такая же фигня, чем больше электроники и чем больше интеграции между различными системами (наземными, воздушными), и чем меньше роли стал играть железный планер с мотором - тем хуже получалось у совка копировать. И с 5 поколением СССР-РФ просто обосрался. Упёрся в то, украденных во 2-ю мировую станках и с такой-то матерью современный самолёт уже не соберёшь.
