When there's a lot of chipping paint, I usually will try to sand down the loose sections before I primer, then I'll do an extra layer or two to hold it together more solid

I'm not sure why it hid my last reply lol but I can't keep him inside because of my other pets and I don't want to leave him outside.

I live out in the sticks, people seem to think because I have several barns that I need the mouse control, I cant count how many kitties are dumped on my place, some are even thrown out of a moving car so that I can see who walks on my driveway. I clean them up, have them spayed/neutered then find them homes if I can, if not they stay with me.

You are a good human. It's hard to see these poor babies show up hungry and scared.

Lol thanks. I know it seems like it can't be real but I promise it was really a sun shower. If you watch, there's a moment when I show the corner of my roof and you can see a whispy cloud catching the last of the sunrise. That's the only type of cloud I saw except the one's off in the distance you mentioned.

I did. There were no clouds above but I certainly wasn't sticking my not waterproof phone out to get it soaked.

I try to avoid most anything to do with the government. Lol it's better for the peace of mind

They're actually really affordable at dollar general. Not every one carries them but a few actually have a decent selection

My plan is very similar but basically the reverse. He's (hopefully) going to look like a lava flow when he's done
