Hey, this is huge because this was one of the things with housecall Pro that I struggled with. It was very choppy. I didn’t like it so thank you so much for sharing this. I did not know that about this feature. I used to use it but lately I’ve been thinking about going back to it, so this helps .

If you have the sledgehammer already then yes! If you don't, buy one and use this trick. The slegdehammer is way more versatile then the stamper

That's fine for tamping soft surfaces like dirt, but the wood tamper surface is very soft so I suspect this will not be great for tamping much harder materials.

If you are spending a lot of money or house the past few months and I have the pro Exter account I just got it we bought luxury vinyl flooring for 3 bedrooms the Family room the steps and the hallway upstairs and one of our decks we replaced all the wood and we’re about to order the wood for the pool deck because we’re replacing the wood on that deck also because we bought a new pool but I have a question none of this stuff is on my pro account because I just found out about that and I got it afterwards and we’re about to make another purchase all the wood do I have to go into the store to the pro desk to get any kind of discount or can I just use the app and put my account info in there when I order the wood for the deck And since the other stuff was all but a few months ago not even two months ago can I add that onto my account

that's a killer beard, I'm jelly. I agree with answering the phone, it's so inconvenient but there has been countless times people calling wanted something done right away, they didn't care how much. Last week was a prime example. Simple fascia repair on a 2 story house. It took me 15 mins $950. If I hadn't answered the phone, someone else would've made that easy money.

The other type of client who is well organized and willing to wait means they plan well, since they plan well they’re good at managing their money so they got no issue paying what is right and working with you. If you’re not happy to service a client because you got a bad vibe, guess what? your intuition is correct.

I have a question I just open my account this past week and I bin doing a lot of work to my home the past 4 months new luxury vinyl floors in three of my bedrooms the steps The hallway upstairs that leads to all three of those bedrooms my home is rebuilt in 2009 they started they did not finish till 2010 because the home burnt down so that’s why it took so long all the stuff with the insurance company it was my father is on then my family room in master bedroom before the home burnt down that part of the house was in addition now it’s one house and there was a Full size bathroom added in the family room and the home went from 4 bedrooms to 3 because my father wanted all the rooms large and there is a walk-in closet in the master bedroom the size of a bedroom now and The bathroom with a walk-in shower Jacuzzi tub and his and her sink in the Master bathroom in the master bedroom my mother passed in 2019 🙏🙏I think it was covid but it really wasn’t being talked about too much then sorry about bringing all that up The house had carpet in the bedrooms that hallway and the family room now I got the luxury vinyl from Home Depot the 22 mill and a custom paint it in the whole house before the floors were put in no I wanted to ask a question since I bought all that stuff in the past four months the paint the flooring I just had one of my back decks redone since I bought it recently some of the stuff I bought with my Home Depot credit card and I bought the rest of the stuff with my bank card so I have record of all of it can I add that to my PRO XTRA account
