We will surely miss your grass knowledge. You even assisted us tonight with the crabgrass slow release. Many Thanks, Take Good Care!
Full time job raking! Over my driveway and back deck! Its like raking leaves 365 days a year. Exhausting amd messy. Not to mention yellow pollen dust on everything. And a horrible sticky sap that will not come off of your car. And pine needles stuck in that sap. Make sure you do not buy a house with big pine trees near anything you want to be clean
Brought a tear to my eye.... he will be missed
Best Wishes Roch
I’m going to miss you Rich! Best to you, thank you! I really appreciate your knowledge.🌱☘️🍀
What a HAM. 🎉 Love him so much.
How many trees are in each row? I really like your layout. 👍
HELP! they're eating all my sweet cherry tomato's and I am PISSED!
Good luck Roch. It's been fun.
They killed the hedges in front of my building.
What season does green leafhopper occur
Are they easily fed? Or an they just plant trolls doing it for fun?
Great helpful information! Any specific product recommendations for treating iron deficiency chlorosis in pin oaks in Kansas?
I welcome every one of these "weeds" in my landscape and use every one of them. Pokeweed is the only one I have not found where I live.
I’m raising these little bag worms for some reason they’re all over one bush in my yard I found some and planning on releasing the little moths
They are eating the vines of of green beans!! I need to get these things gone.
I just came across a bumblebee colony in my compost bin. I’m a beekeeper, and literally have a honeybee colony twenty feet away. Do you think the bumblebees would take to a box nest, like shown, if I try to move them into it (fully suited up, and using smoke to keep them calm)? I need to turn and use my compost, but don’t want to lose these valuable pollinators (or make them highly aggressive). I’m in Southeastern Michigan.
Where's the growing tips?
Water grass is my biggest problem establishing my buffalo grass this year.
🌶
I'm using a pesticide called Supreme I/T with a pump sprayer. I had THOUSANDS of grasshoppers in my yard and garden. Walking through the yard, it came alive with little grasshoppers. I sprayed once, and there are 0 grasshoppers now. I strongly recommend it.
🌳
I managed one . Managed to give it a permanent dirtnap.😊
Thank you, that was helpful!
What do you do when it's on the trunk or main stem of small trees? It's killing them.
Since our pear trees got this the fruit just dies on the branches and every single leaf has it 😭.
Great idea. I’d like to see more of how it was constructed.
These destroy my pumpkins and tomatoes EVERY year
The American Robin is not "usually carnivorous". They are actually omnivorous, getting over half their year-round diet from fruits and berries. Most of those berries are consumed in the winter when insects and worms are in short supply. But they still eat fruit and berries throughout the rest of the year. They eat a pretty varied diet. And yes, cherries are one of their favorite foods, even when they're still green. My mother has had cherry trees for 40+ years, and robins have loved them every year.
I thought you should only prune deciduous trees in the winter?
Hello. I'm hoping that someone here might take an interest in my problem... I have a lawn that 80% red clover and 20 percent grass. I have a mosquito problem. I'd like to avoid pesticides that will kill pollinators. I'm wondering if the Beer/Epsom/mouthwash sprays will kill my clover ( I don't want to kill the clover). And will this spray also keep away bees and other pollinators? Any experience or advice?
👍👍.
Hey there backyardfarmer, How many of those leaves need to be treated with the glove? It looks in your example as if perhaps it was twining up a stem about 3 ft tall, so perhaps it has 10 to 20 leaves on it. Will treating just the one leaf do the job, or would you recommend more? Thanks!
Thanks for the video..just bought several without researching first, will be returning immediately! I wish stores were more concerned about what they are offering. Should have known not to buy from a store that sells Round-up by the pallet. Thanks again.
No one should be planting Dame's Rocket. It has become invasive. I see it every few miles along the highway this year. It is irresponsible to suggest plants that have a tendency to escape cultivation and become invasive.
I feel like this video told me practically nothing.
When is the best time to move/split sedges?
Cheyenne Sky looked like Shenandoah switch grass.

Thank you. Are there any fungicides you can recommend for a small lawn?
They are also endangered and have even disappeared any many U.S. states altogether.
Kyle, Kyle, Kyle to recommend any pruning of oaks without noting it is never appropriate to prune oaks until the month on November. And when pruning any oak it’s is also recommended to paint the cut with nursery paint or latest paint
I’ve had NONE of these problems with my 5-years-planted Crabapples, thankfully! 😅🌿🌸
Whats the name of the trap you use and where can i find it

Scott with a great debut, solid addition to the cast
Thank you - very helpful!!
I appreciate the addition of adding the soil temperatures with the new weather report.
There are ticks in NEBRASKA?! I lived in Colorado for decades and never saw a single tick.
I’m digging up the lawn to lay a path and found two of these. Omg scary. I had to google them had no idea what they were
