Bamboo and silk stain like crazy. You'd have to wash them daily to avoid it getting oils from products you use or your natural body oils. I'm sticking with polyester satin now, just as smooth and silky but far more stain-resistant. The difference in breathability makes no difference when it's a sheet that goes under you or a pillowcase. Don't waste your money on silk!

I have the worst insomnia of all time. I need to drink a large beer, 100 mg melatonin and 50 mg diphenhydramine to feel tired. I also take adderall for focus. Without the adderall the house is trash, cant focus and cant get stuff done. Ontop of that, psychedelics help with the obsession with not sleeping and breaking those thoight patterns. My brain was born malfunctioning but these compoinds keep me together, thoigh broken
