The carrot was most definitely delicious. A very strong carrot flavor with a little bit of a floral note.
RECIPE 2 carrots peeled and chopped 2 peeled and chopped Beets woth the greens Frozen kale 1/2 c almond butter peanut butter or both Frozen mixed berries Opt: 2-3 scoops of plain or vanilla protein powder Add all ingredients to the blender with a pinch of salt. Fill blender 3/4 of the way with water If using milk dilute with 1 c of water Blend and serve. This recipe filled my vitamix to the top.
That fabric is trapping heat and baking those plants roots.

Some people don’t know how to be good to ourselves! Some of us women were not allowed to have time for ourselves as we were growing up. We were taking care of 2 sisters Alcoholic mother and taking care of myself…
I hear you! The roles a lot us women and men have had to take on didn't necessarily make an open environment for self care. Even looking at our mothers grandmothers etc. They Never were taught self care which in some cases led to depression, abuse and many other unfavorable things. Good things is once we learn the importance we can practice practice practice and pass on to the next generation!!
