Great video, thanks for doing it! Oh man, I.. I.. am crying in despair. Literally crying with head in hands. ALL the "kohlenklau" Africa mods you kindly put a link to have been deleted by him. Maybe he had a breakdown and deleted everything in a rage?? Whatever, PLEASE upload his complete Africa mod somewhere so it isn't lost forever, so those of us who didn't see your video until now (and who don't visit the Battlefront forums 24/7) can still play it. And if you can't (won't?) do it, maybe one of the lucky ones who downloaded it a year ago could please heroically mirror and share the download. I've searched the internet with no luck, you are our last hope, cheers!

I loved this game!

Can we play as Northumbria? Plus we need entire separated installation with its own engine just for kingdoms of renaissance Ireland. Gameplaywise almost the same.

Just watch out for the Artillery screen bug. There is a fixed mech.exe out there that solves this problem via assembly patching.

As a former hardcore sub sim buff I approve this video! Aka subbed. These types of sims appeal more to us men with vivid imaginations! While we're not a majority, it's good to see younger guys with same passion for this type of simulations . Since 2010 I went Mac, so was not able to play my sub sims , but now I got me a windows gaming laptop so I'm back to the good stuff. Currently playing 688i but also have sub command. Never got dangerous waters but when I'm done with my 688i and sub command campaigns I'll get dangerous waters. I'm also playing uboat, very impressed with it!

why does mine only have 2 missions?

It looks like only the interiors were updated but I'm just glad they changed the ridiculous comic sans font. Also you have to occasionally correct the plane position in the navigation station or the pilot starts to drift more and more off course.

I don´t think that is a woman. The headgear just makes it look that way. Also, the name is some version of gaelic for Rory I believe. Although, I can´t blame you for thinking it was with all the modern bs going on.

Loved that game. We played a game of Coral Sea one time where a surface engagement lasted 5-6 turns with both sides virtually sinking each other ship by ship. Imagine not seeing anything but just hearing radio or Morse Code messages informing you that ship after ship is sinking and both sides are firing away at each other non-stop.

@SmartWargames. Hey Smart not sure if you are aware, but the game was designed by the 'brain in the jar' Charles Moylan. Yes, the same 'brain in the jar' creator of the Combat Mission games. This was and still is a great game especially with the extra missions from Hagler11's Flight Commander 2 site and the Flight commander 2 Mod 2015 (search).

I have a friend who served in the 5th ID as a 16R. His go to saying was, "if it flies...it dies!" a M113 is not something you want to expose your flanks in...poor use of ADA.

Graphically, the game and the UI look fantastic. But the historical inaccuracies are awful: 5:16 - 5 cm AT gun Pak 38 - according to wikipedia it was first used in April 1941, although it was developed in 1938 7:36 - better yet an 8.8 cm AT gun PaK. It simply could not exist until 1942. If it was AA 8.8 flak it could be historically accurate. 16:45 - 25mm AT gun. I made a quick google and the Poles did not use any 25 mm anti tank guns. The french had two 25 mm AT guns int the 1939 (APX modèle 1937 and Hotchkiss) but I could not find any info on Poles using it during invasion of Poland. There was also a 25 mm bofors AA gun at the time but the one the Poles used was 40mm bofors AA gun.

This game runs like absolute shit on the ps2, its great fun even with low fps though

Nice to see that the only good German channel (even if it is always in English) with high-quality combat mission content is now also playing Manor Lords. I've been playing the game almost continuously since last Friday and have already played 30 hours. In the last 27 years as a PC gamer, I think I have rarely played such a good game that is still unfinished. keep it coming and btw and in german ich hab dir im Premieren chat versucht zu helfen aber ich vermute du hast den nicht im Auge? Manor Lords has been great! I bought it and meant to load it up for 20min to test settings. Ended up playing seven hours straight. Still have the hunger to go further. Cant wait to see what this game becomes.

Hello, i saw you managed to get custom 3d models into combat mission. IS it possible to change the atributes of the vehicles and take code from some of the units to make new units? For instance i would like to add cope cages on top of tanks in black sea and use the javelin code to add fvp drones into the game ( recude their speed and decrease their penetration).

in commandos 1 bcd mission 3 I can't ride the truck even aftar i finish all the enemy's gaurds and take the box but no one of the commsndos team can ride the truck. i managed ti make the team visible but can't ride the truck. if you know how to make the truck ridable at any time in the mission tell me. thanks.
