Unblocking drains that have caused significant interior water damage.
I used a 3mm clear vinyl tubing hose from Bunnings (located in the garden hose section). The hose should be less than 5 metres long. It's best to use an air compressor, but I have used a basketball pump. If those hose is too small for your air compressor nozzle you can by a 5mm hose and fit it over the 3mm hose.

Sand Removal with compressed Air -Read Description
zhlédnutí 101Před 4 měsíci
This video is a real world of using a Tornador to clean sand. It is very effective but has its drawbacks. I am using a 20-litre air compressor, Tornador Max, and a 12-litre Ozito wet-dry vacuum. The major drawback was the air pressure dropping too low and waiting for it to recharge. The solution would be to get a larger air compressor. Also, the air compressor I am using depends on electricity ...
The tools and products we use to clean nasty fabrics

Backstory recently my carpet shampoo machine broke - because of a design flaw and was not covered by warranty. It is cheaper for me to buy a cheap wet and dry vacuum, run it into the ground, and then three months later buy a new one ( to be honest this little guy has lasted over 6 months). Cheap vacuums can be powerful but never last long. If you go cheap, get a short hose or it comes with a sh...

Removing paint from the interior of a car - (read the description)

The customer spilled over 20 litres of paint in their car and left it to dry for more than a few months. The goal is to be as careful as we can so we do not damage anything. The fastest and most dangerous way would be to use acetone but that would damage the plastic. The safest way is to use isopropyl alcohol (bought at a local cleaning store in bulk). The safest way would be to dilute it with ...

Saw your video on old wrap removal. Comments are turned off on that video. You ever try hot water to remove old wrap?
Thanks for letting me know about the comment issue. I will try to fix it. Yes, we/I have tried hot water. In my experience, it can be effective but has its drawbacks. Those are mainly cost - a good professional quality steam is + $900. The other drawback is if you go cheaper like a kettle you can burn yourself - from the splash (this can be a liability for business owners). But hot water is safer than a heat gun (less chance to burn the clearcoat). It can be difficult to make videos public because normally I am making it for our customers who cannot afford our services. People who come to us wrapping have been on the car for 20 years and the car's value is $1k - $5k and they are trying to restore it on the cheap. We rarely get cars wrappings that can be solved by one method. Normally we have to do different methods per section of the car.
@forensicdetailinggarage4104 No problem! I just purchased a mobile unit with a 7 year old wrap and looking for most efficient method. I think hot water is the way to go.

Liking the steamer + wet-vac combo - that's a great trick!
The air-compressor vacuum-gun have front-rear for blow-suck. Need adjuster valves for a one handed cleaning.

yea i cleaned carpets (steam clean and dry clean) for a living back in the day and the Amsolve (protein and blood remover) along with Orange Solve (used to remove gum from carpets) were on all our trucks
That's exactly what we use. Amazing combination.
Meticulous work brother.
Thanks so much. I really appreciate it!
Thankyou for the information.
Anytime!
Now imagine removing this from an entire car.
That would have been a nightmare.
