update after one month of taking zinc supplements along with some stories and feelings about going "home" to oklahoma for christmas.

i'm going to start taking zinc supplements as i've read a lot about them boosting testosterone to the point it can change vocal tone and muscle mass etc. so i'm giving it a try.
