Weighted squats every day can lead to massively diminishing returns, or injury.
Thanks. Although i don't do them everyday. I do different variations such as banded squats, jumpsquats, pistol squats and the like
@@Laurenzzzistired good, that variation will likely not result in optimal gains, but should result in good muscular endurance as long as you don't go up too much in weight. The more variance, the more you are minimizing the risk of injury, happy training!

I tried spray painting my metal wheels and they just ended up getting sticky and all gunked up, even when dry. any tips?
just coat them slowly and evenly. 1-3 coats is good. make sure its fully dry and the paint isn't thick and leaves fingerprints when you touch them
You have to open up your legs until your feet are about shoulder width. Excellent range of motion though. Good work 💪🏻

It might help to wear flatter shoes to avoid any knee injury, since you jumpsquatting, I’d want to stand on a mat or pad though because the sole is usually more rigid in flatter shoes.
Thanks for the advice.. would it be better to do jump squats without shoes though?
