This woman is spectacular but this particular case is the rarest of exceptions. Metabolism consistently fights for wellness and this particular person was fortunate enough to have become well. That said, read My Grandfather’s Blessing. Primary lesson, don’t simply look for blessings, become one.

My friend Mike lochner told me about your book. Kitchen table wisdom. He's a medical miracle himself. God wove a net from all the Prayers of AA members and that saved him from the dark abyss. Thanks for helping me be a better human.

The cement was faulty. You cannot trust improperly prepared cement, and you must deplete the soil of all seeds with herbicides before you build a concrete footpath on top of it. However it is nice that you are using it symbolically as an example to get people to listen to you and you have a positive outlook!

"the wounded healer is the one who can have compassion"... this is the greatest lesson of what Rachel teaches. Being broken, being "less than"-- is what we measure ourselves against...
