I love Is it Cake! I didn't know anyone else who watched this show until Ti brought it up and then I wanted to talk all about it 😁 Maybe if there is a season 3 we can do a Friday night watch party. I watch Mikey Day on SNL and they do fake game shows so I took it as him playing the character of an obnoxious game show host. Every time he would say "Is it caayke!" I would say it along with him. My two favorites from season 2 were Danya and Spirit. I think you are right that there was some "producing" going on because in season 1 the contestant that guessed the cake the fastest was able to pick the two other bakers to compete against. I noticed that no one picked Andrew. After seeing how good his cakes were in comparison it made sense. He easily won every round he was in. I liked the camaraderie between the contestants and how they would tease Mikey about his lack of cake knowledge. The Cake or Cash cakes were so hard to pick out this season! I wish they would acknowledge the people who were making them. Great recap and I loved your final look 😘

Kaleidos is playing it safe with that release and they are close to duping themselves. Even the blushes are similar and too pale..

I like that the cakes in this show are in fact cakes. I remember watching Cake Boss back in the day and most of their stuff was just a rice krispie sculpture on a cake base
