What ppl aren’t talking about is that this was settled in court and both twitch and doc had sign an NDA which neither are legally allowed to speak on the allegations. Which is why an “ex-twitch” employee spoke on this. Legally he would have been fired in doing so. Doc also sued twitch for these allegations and won his lawsuit, his contract was paid out in full. So having said that he would been in serious legal trouble if these allegations were 100% true, no one can speak on the absolute truth here but what we can say for certain is if he actually did interact with a minor he would have faced some serious charges. None of which applied, and the fact he won the lawsuit says quite a bit about his innocence, doc hasn’t been quiet about the twitch ban so there’s more to this story that is unknown but everybody says he’s guilty. If he was truly guilty a he should have been prosecuted, and if twitch honestly did nothing then they protected a predator and would be a real bad look on their part but nobody is talking about those facts.... do some homework and this isn’t a black and white closed case just sayin!
