Good info, except cyclists in Aspen are not required to stop at Stop signs unless cars are present and NO TRAILS, meaning singletrack allow e-bikes. That needs to be more emphasized. Illegal e-mountain biking is a growing safety concern and problem on Smuggler, Hunter Creek and Sky Mt. Park trails and we're trying to educate and enforce more accordingly. I teach a lot of first timers and beginners mountain biking and when these e-biking guys (women are clearly too smart to do so) come whizzing by while riding illegally and with little to no etiquette it's unsafe and rattles people, especially visitors. Our OST Rangers will be enforcing this and fines will be forthcoming for those who continue to knowingly break the regulations. Apparently, "e" stands for entitled in their case. E-bikers also block Maroon Creek Rd on an ongoing basis and at some point motorists won't be willing to just sit behind them while they illegally block traffic. I see it all the time up there. Thanks for touching on that issue and the entire growing e-bike situation as e-bikes outnumber bikes on Maroon Creek Rd., the Rio Grande Trail and elsewhere and folks on e-bikes and those around them are getting into crashes and being injured as a result. I've seen a crash and injury as well, so this isn't just my opinion.

Draconian measures all for a hoax. Its crap like this that prompted me to leave my home state of Colorado for a free state like Montana. So long all you mask nazis! Good riddance!

Loved it! Right graduating from high school, 20 years ago in 1998, I went to Aspen and worked as a lift operator at the bottom of Gent's Ridge lift. It was an incredible experience and I felt so lucky to be skiing and living in such a spectacular place. I cant imagine there was a single day off in which I did not ski. I have not returned to Aspen but it will always hold so many memories. Thank you for this peaceful minute of silence as this skier is lucky enough to ride Face of Bell in deep powder! Also, much love to the dumps!
