I been to these witch doctors that don’t want you to know where else the pain is coming from? So they can collect your insurance money. It’s may not be coming from your spine. But from your buttocks. The never can get inflammatory and your butt bone can push on that nerve. Causing pain down both legs. It’s called preform syndrome. To help with the pain. There’s Velcro belts on Amazon. I have this since I kinda felt a dislocation in that area while I was laying down and tried to move my head up... ever since when I carry heavy stuff the pain in that area comes, and sometimes I wake up with a headache and that area hurts like fatigued muscle or something.
