Hey Brittney ❤ I just got back to Lagos. We are engaged now so we look forward to the journey ahead 🥰 this video is really cute and glad he was confident enough to express his perspective. I’m curious becus this guy looks familiar. I’m wondering if he is the guy you interviewed that said he believed his wife was in Africa. If so, that’s amazing manifestation! Either way, congratulations to them 💗

@@BrittneyCaldwell Wow, amazing!. I don’t have an IG (I’m really not big on the socials lol) Do you feel comfortable giving your email? I still have my fb messenger so if you have that, I connect with you there? I actually wanted to ask you more about the work from home opportunities video you made. I think you posted more about it on IG which I don’t have. I’m looking for remote work now because we are moving to Lagos for a while.

Oh my, he does not mention his Dad and his family, thats how you start an introduction😂...we had that in Kenya every year on first January or in that same week. So you stand there and show your wife and all of your kids. Culture in Africa is BIG! The moment u enter your rural place everything changes, your cloths your behaviour and your language😂

So there was the slavely on west Africa and East Africa too. The slavely on E.A is evident on the costal kenya but I bet AA wouldn’t relate since the enslaved from Kenya were taken to Asia and Middle East wereas the ones from Nigeria ended up in the americas. For ke try mombasas fort Jesus and old town and you’ll learn a lot about African struggle and resistance all the way from the 8 century

✨Rent from Local Landlords: If possible, rent from local landlords rather than large property management companies. This can help ensure that your rent money is going back into the local economy. ✨Utilize the People Around You: Double check when making purchases. Make sure that you are not overpaying. Overpaying tends to drive prices up for everyone in the community and can affect others more than you would think, in the long run. ASK. FOR. LOCAL. PRICES from someone who would KNOW. ✨Be Mindful of Your Impact: Be aware of how your presence and actions might affect the local community. For example, avoid driving up property values by overpaying for housing or making extensive renovations that could lead to increased property taxes for long-time residents. ✨Research and Understand the Community: Before moving, take the time to learn about the history, culture, and current socio-economic conditions of the neighborhood. Understanding the community’s needs and challenges can help you make more informed decisions. ✨Support Local Businesses: Instead of frequenting large chain stores or international brands, try to support local businesses, restaurants, and markets. This helps keep money within the community and supports local entrepreneurs. ✨Engage with the Community: Get involved in community activities and events. Building relationships with your neighbors and participating in local initiatives can help you become a part of the community rather than an “expat”- or outsider. ✨Educate Yourself and Others Stay informed about the broader issues of gentrification and share this knowledge with other expats and newcomers. Raising awareness can help create a more conscientious and responsible community of expats. #expatlife #blackexpat #expat #expatliving #blackexpats #blaxit #expatlifestyle #softlife

Kenya is beautiful l love their spirit they are educated, smart and they love their country. Kenyans know their constitution and know their rights and put their leaders in their place. Corruption is every where in Africa, l love the Kenyan hotels they have good entertainment places. Mombasa City is a good place to be l love the pilau rice too delicious to eat. I love food made with coconut milk. Kenyans are too polished have electricity throughout,

💰 Buying land outside of your home country has a lot of benefits. Owning in the US is great, but other countries offer more for less, lower costs of living and more advantageous tax incentives. Here’s some benefits: 🏡High Returns: Emerging markets, particularly in developing countries, can offer high returns on investment due to rapid economic growth and increasing property values. 🏡Vacation Home: Purchasing land in a desirable location can provide you with a vacation home, saving on accommodation costs during holidays and potentially generating rental income when you’re not using it. Why Airbnb when you can just use your own spot? 🏡Retirement Plans: Some people buy land abroad with the intention of retiring there. This can be particularly appealing if the cost of living is lower or if the location offers a better quality of life. 🏡Diversification of Assets: Owning property in different countries can diversify your investment portfolio, reducing risk by spreading your assets across various markets instead of putting your hope into one housing market ONLY. 🏡Citizenship and Residency: In some countries, buying property can be a pathway to obtaining residency or even citizenship. Duh, why not? 🏡Agricultural Opportunities In certain regions, agricultural land can be very affordable and offer opportunities for farming or other agricultural ventures, which can be both profitable and sustainable. Hello side hustle!!!!! 🏡Tax Benefits Some countries offer tax incentives for foreign investors, which can make buying land more attractive from a financial perspective. It’s important to consult a reputable and REAL company. Don’t be cheap and avoid fees going with someone who knows someone who knows someone. It’ll end badly. 🏡Citizenship and Residency: In some countries, buying property can be a pathway to obtaining residency or even citizenship. Duh, why not? #landowner #realestate #buyland #investing #invest #investinafrica #expatlife #expat #panafrican #panafricanism Do you own land in another country? How has that been for you?
