GW2: Cerus Legendary CM - Condi Alac Tempest
Over 300 logs and I finally got this kill - with Tempest! This was my first night playing alacrity on this fight, and it turned out well if not scuffed. Was using Cyclone to give swiftness and kept skipping Lightning Orb. Yeah, don't skip that. Enjoy the clip at the end of me asking a sus question!

Late to this SORRY but does not having that .10 have higher dps then adding another infusion to up it to 100.1?
You do not want to overcap on crit as it is wasted stats, a second precise infusion would overcap you

Hey, do you happen to know how power tempest would perform these days? I am curious about it's benchmark, and if it is viable for CM fractals.
Hello. I do have more recent videos of pTempest with sw/wh (which is the standard now) and while I have not done a bench recently it probably benches around 40-41k, its stayed pretty similar. Tbh in this game, you can play most things and they work. I play pTempest in CM fractals and have no issues with it, so I'd say give it a shot! It doesn't perform as well as other classes of course, but it should be fine for the power fractals

@@MitchFloid Unfortunately, I do not. A balance stream just aired and both scepter and overload Air are getting buffs though, so I may look into it when the patch drops next month!

I don't know why Anet keeps using the boons bar for the bullets, it was hard to track the bullets in the Beta, and it is bit better now, but it was better if they just use the side of the elements, like Virtuoso with the blades just put a circle above each element and light it with a diferent colour.
I actually had suggested adding a glow to the UI when you have bullets up, like Deadeye (I think) does. I would have liked that much more, the boon bar is way too cluttered as is and I still lose track of my bullets. Circles like Virt has for their blades also would have been really nice, and the assets are there already so not sure why they went with this.

Try pistol (weaver or tempest) with Trailblazer gear, it's kinda funny you have almost the same damage while having 3100 armor and 20k hp. It makes every boss fight stupid and you can ignore most boss mechanics.
And that's without infusions and using budged food. 100% will get nerfed before release 😭

Hello. I'm glad to hear you like my content! As for scepter, I haven't tested it yet but I may get around to it at some point! I imagine it being just as fine as it was before, but with more DPS because of Transcendent Tempest buffs.

Without conjured weapons how much is the dps? How high do you think using Sword/Horn would the DPS go on power or condi dps? Catalyst and Weaver both were over 50k which was hilarious.
