Growing tomatoes, potatoes, pinto beans, bush beans cucumber, strawberries, watermelon, pineapple, cilantro, etc. Nothing better than organic. I am 61 years old and took a physical and there is nothing wrong with my health besides asthma. Which I was born with it. It's managed with minor problems due to the extreme heat. Grow some watermelon. If you can find Florida Watermelon, that's what I have been growing. The biggest so far is 60 lbs and the smallest is 30lbs. Very very sweet. This watermelon needs alot of sun and water. If you can't find it, let me know. I can mail you some seeds. Here is my email address (louisrivera5563@yahoo.com). What a difference from store bought versus growing your own. This watermelon can handle the high heat. Needs a lot of sun. Let me know.
