That’s not the Ford Pinto, I grew up knowing! There was nothing sporty or elegant about the Ford Pinto. The ideal of this new version looking like a Ford GT or a Lincoln Mark series, is difficult to imagine. Back in the 70’s, it was a small car that seemingly was focus of fuel economy and being a small affordable compact car.
