It's called seasoning and learning how to be a leader. They put too much pressure on him, too young, he's expected to do it all. And I want to be clear, I hate the fkn oilers, but he should have protection as an elite player, his teammates should not let him be treated like that. He's never really even been close to a Stanley Cup, unless he walked by it in the hall sometime. What is he, 8 years in? Everyone says he's the best player, blah blah blah? What's missing? Leadership.
