More of the barrel needs to be exposed, then wrap it around where the bullet is up to an inch in front of and behind the bullet very tightly with an entire roll of floss. As much as you can possibly do, then squeeze an entire bottle of super glue on the wrappings. Also, you really need to use a stronger filament.

first, it's STRONGLY recommended you use a metal tube inside as a liner, finding a suitable smoothbore one is not much more trouble than visiting home depot. and, if you INSIST on going 100% plastic, at least print with 100% infill instead of the stupid honeycomb, i believe the thick plastic wall is there for a reason. lastly, i hope you're not printing it on PLA. 50% honeycomb + PLA isn't the best combo out there.

What a beautiful lady, inside and out.
Wow!! As an artist, I love this, as the daughter, granddaughter, and niece of breast cancer victims, my heart is just so full of emotion. My Grandmother never even made it to my age, she died at 57. My Mom's sister died in her 60s, and my Mom just passed in 2020 at 77. I thought once she made it to 70 she was in the clear having outlived the others. I've lived with the fear all my life and pray the vicious cycle ends. Thank you for everything you are doing to bring awareness and hope and a spark of humor to an otherwise devastating situation. ❤
