Yes. To play this music of Weber, needs a super giant orchestra like this one. Plus, the clarinetist was superb as well. He has excellent technic and nuance, plus an excellent confidence in his character. Definitely, this video was something amazing. Thanks for uploading

wow… how the two flow together so seamlessly!! i’ve been having a lot of frustration playing consistently lately. though bad reeds are to blame, i think my mindset and self-sabotaging have contributed to it in some way. :( i need to lift myself back up. i feel like i don’t deserve the chair i’m in, and i felt that way in an honor band as well. i _am_ capable of delivering a performance, and of growth, and of discipline… but i have to let myself relax too. :) one day, i’ll be able to play this beautifully - i hope. i don’t know what will happen in the future. i’m tense about my wonderful woodwind teacher retiring and never seeing him again, but time does pass. it’ll eventually come, and he needs to enjoy retirement too, even if it’s melancholy or worrying that such a vital instructor isn’t part of each day anymore. :( this was supposed to be in a journal, but seeing as i’ve already began typing away i’ll keep this spew here! :) i’ll probably return and see this message again some time in the future ❤ hope you’re doing better, me!
