I graduated from Batesville High....so I went to this school, and drove all the roads featured. I can say that the road where the crash happened.....is nowhere near long enough for anyone to drive that long and get to that speed before the bridge overpass.

I sold Chryslers in 1988, They really worked hard as a manufacturer to make a quality product that edged out the other US auto makers with many convenience features and Extra steps to provide reliability. They had no hope of selling these. Overpriced, old and attractive to old people only, yuppies kept buying bimmers. Oh and Lexus just happened so that took a lot of sales too. I grew up in flyover country and saw every kind of K-Car known to man.....except this. I didn't see one well into adulthood, which means the sales were really low. Honestly there weren't that many 5th Aves around either.

IMO if it had been progressively styled rather than yet another rehash of the 1975 Cadillac Seville it would've sold better. Not that Lincoln or Cadillac weren't selling cars like that, but they already existed and had largely amortized the tooling costs of their brougham-era offerings.
