I make it a point to practice a handstand at least every other day. Inversions truely make your body feel soooo much better...people find it to be quite contagious. Try it (use a wall for a couple of months), I guarantee you'll feel and look great!

I am still getting the feel for my new camcorder in Slow Motion "SloMo" HD, April 2009. Oh, by the way, I upgraded from the Sony SR11 to the Sony HDR-XR500V. This camcorder is two steps up for just a few hundred more and has better "OPTICAL" Stabilization. It also has better low light sensors for dim lighting shots and a bigger hard drive.

OK, here it is, the first real test of "Normal Speed" of my new camcorder, Sony SR11. I must admit, although everything was filmed in normal mode, I ended up slowing down some clips anyway. We actually still do flying rings in gymnastics in Switzerland, and I must say it doesn't looks too bad, although there are still some things you should correct in your techniques, but no one's perfect😉
