Mera breast milk supply bahut jada kom he baby formula milk bhi nahi pita kiya kru sb kus try kiya fir bhi formula milk nahi pita.. Baby 5 month complete huwa he
Same here😭 but hamne try Kiya....bahut mushkil tha breastmilk se formula milk switch karna....per baby jab bhuka rehta hai to wo formula milk piyega ap jabardasti mat kariye.....jab baby ko bhuk lagegi wo formula milk piyega.... Agar apko apna breastmilk badhana hai to ap dairy products per switch kariye no fast food protein rich food or ap protein powder bhi le sakte hai 😊❤️

Jyada nhi.....ap thoda bahut garam chawal kha sakte hai....ek baar apne doctor se jarur consult kar le...mere doctor ne to kaha hai ap kha sakte hai... isliye mai garam chawal khati hu
Kon sa oil use karna chahiye or ager bachoo ko thand lag jayai to ky kare
Mai to abhi apne baby ko homemade oil lagati hu sarso ke tel ka....or mere doctor ne mujhe badam ka oil bhi suggest Kiya hai......ap temperature ke hisab se use kariye...kyuki jyada badam ka oil bhi baby ko nuksan kar sakta hai.....ap apne doctor se consult karke hi use kariye....
