However, the speaker on the left contradicted herself as I was about to type this; she acknowledges that a very short woman can still have a height requirement well above her own height. Accept it or not, dating is a competition. In this competition, you are most certainly being judged against other potential romantic interests. For women, height is most certainly a weighted requirement.

Im 5'6' bald virgin who never even kissed a woman, I'm not ashamed of being short but its just the impossible levels of compensation it has to take for women to find me attractive is daunting. I have far better question. Why are guys even wasting time getting into relationships at all? Most relationships are a joke, the " requirements" are laughable. relationships are all about initial attraction. for these ladies to say its about confidence or humour or whatever and itz not height is pure BS and insensitivity to the fact that none of that (humor confidence etc etc) comes into play when you dont even get to first base because that women doesn't even consider you because of your height. I am short (approximately five feet and five inches tall), and I wish I was slightly shorter by a few inches. I have liked and still like girls who are shorter than me and who are exactly my height, but not because I am taller, it has to do with their external beauty, and body shape, and what they are wearing. I was born heterosexual, and choose to remain heterosexual, so beauty and fashion are huge factors for me. That said, I prefer girls who are taller than me because I can barely take care of myself, and I want to be with a girl who can take care of me not only physically in some ways, but also emotionally. I am feminine in that I am very emotional and dramatic, and I do not say that as a bad thing. The Lord God made me the way I am for a reason. I have no problem at all with a girl wearing high heels even if she is already taller than me. I prefer another kind of shoe, and that has nothing to do with how taller that makes the girl look; it has to do with something I have thought about since I was very young that is too personal to share online. What matters more to me than how tall or how short a girl is is she a Christian, and her personality, and her political views, and tastes in food, and music, and bookes, and movies. I do not mind if she is more emotionally, and physically, and spiritually mature than I am, provided she does not rub it in my face like a boy I knew once upon a time. I love children, but I have no desire to be a father because I have not the temperament to deal with a miscreant boy or girl. I also have no interest in carnal copulation because I have a bad back, and do not want to risk my back seizing up. Hugging and cuddling is as far as I am willing to go regarding intimacy with a girl. I am okay with playing musical chairs with a female friend, and if I happen to sit with her when the music stops, that is just fine with me.

I am short, and I wish I was a few inches shorter. I prefer courting a girl who is taller than me, provided she is a strong Christian and is more emotionally, and physically, and spiritually mature than I am, and can hold me close and not feel like I am crushing her, and who does not want children. I love kids, but I am like a boy myself in some ways, and do not have the temperament necessary to deal with misbehaving children. The ways in which I am like a small boy are no let to my life, or living in the real world. That being said, I have no problem liking a girl who is either shorter than me or who is exactly my height.

Guys women can always hook up with a 6f tall that she likes so much. Women ha e absolutely no reason to hook up with a short guys. In fact most women rather hook up forever with a 6f guy hopping that one will commit than to give a short guy a chance. We short men are not being rejected we are not being considered at all. Women woukd rather work hard all they lives then to end up with a guy like us. Apparently being short is the worst possible thing you can be in this day and age. Even rich short men have trouble finding a date. Best to forget about dating these women (we are just not what they want) and find other interesting things in life.

Thanks for this video. I'm even smaller than the guy who wrote in- I'm 5'-4" and 100 pounds. However, I've never felt insecure about my height and weight. In fact, I actually like being a smaller guy. However, I don't like women's unrealistic expectations. But there are lots of 5'-2" women and I wouldn't mind dating someone 5'-6". If she doesn't want to, it's her loss.
