Type D unit with dual key is not practical & unrealistic. Prices like this doesn't justify renting out the 4th room. Who in their right mind will "lock out" their parents or grandparents into the 4th room?
I think dual key are built by development nowadays as an option for “flexibility”, of course the price you have to pay for it beside being high, is also the trade off for space . Of course It will be interesting to see in future if dual key really serve its purpose as being home for multi generational purpose , or just another space for office or store room 😂
