How to offset the animation flow without moving the specific keys, How to put offset poses in pose itself? Can u explain please ?

I've been tryna get into animating on blender, 6:54 when talking about the Pose A to Pose B and the things between, I finally see how smooth the animation can be following this method. I just tried it and I want to come back to this video to say thank you for this.

After creating pose A and pose B if I add anticipation for pose A then I add workflow in middle pose A and the pose A anticipation? or i consider the pose anticipation is the mid point of A and B i mean the fastest mid point like yours workflow ❤❤❤ thank u

I'm trying this blocking method for the first time, when I spline it all the limbs of the rig go crazy. I checked and nothing is over rotated and I know its not a problem with the rig. Do I just need more poses?

If we make a point C is it the same concept between point A and B?

This is by far the best workflow ive come across thats made me feel like I'm getting somewhere with animation. However, the biggest thing I struggle with is the timing which im not sure is massively covered here. Do you have any tips for getting the timing right. It seems like you're constantly changing the timing of your golden poses in this workflow example?

i wonder why we need 2 keyframes in between? from what i learned. usually in between is only 1 keyframe. also how to make a good moving hold? should i give an extra keyframes of my pose moving oposite the previous keyframe? or should i continue the move slightly from the last keyframe?

Bro how do I even import the character? I think I've downloaded the right file and I know that in Blender I have to click Append, but I can't figure out how to bring it into the world. Oh I see, this isn't really a Blender video but a general animation video... Still though, how am I supposed to import the character?
